There’s so many easy ways and inexpensive ways to add to your seasonal decor. You might think some of the ideas you see cost a fortune. Most times, people start small and add to the decor each year. Shopping at Dollar Stores, Thrift Stores and Garage Sales can be very inexpensive. Before you go, look for inspiration online so you know what you want and how to tweak the things you buy.
Take those plastic dollar store pumpkins…..add a little paint and they’re adorable white pumpkins…..wait, cut the top off and fill with some inexpensive succulents and it’s a great table display. Investing in a few lanterns (either used or new) can take you through each season and holiday on your porch by changing out the ribbon and other add ons.
You don’t have to be a creative genius to seasonally decorate. There are plenty of others out there who have created a look that you can certainly copy. It’s been said that “Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery” and it is. If you don’t want someone to copy what you’ve done, don’t take pictures and post them on the internet……just sayin’. So let’s take a look at some 10 Simple Ideas for your Fall Porch and you can start shopping the look (from your basement, thrift store, craft store or home decor store)

Most of us don’t live in amazing homes with large wrap around porches that you can create amazing fall vignettes on. Most of ours are a bit of space when you walk up or step up to the door. Use what you have and create a space that’s inviting and that you love with a few simple things. I literally cut corn stalks from a field I drove by to decorate my porch with one year. I’ve bought and grown pumpkins to use. A garland with some fake leaves will bring color and texture to any porch. What’s yours going to look like this year?
